The Greek exchange remained locked in a bear session Monday, with shares falling around 3.7 percent in afternoon trading, even as European stocks rebounded on hopes Greece won't be allowed to default on its crushing debt load. The center-left government is putting the final touches to draft tax reforms meant to boost ailing state coffers, which saw a 12.7 percent budget shortfall last year.
